Schachenmayr's well-known and popular 100% mercerised cotton yarn, Catania, is a high-quality yarn with a beautiful, soft touch and drape. Inherently lightweight and breathable, this yarn is ideal for knitting and crocheting wearable items! It is also perfect for creating garments, toys and accessories for infants and children. We recommend washing items made using this yarn at 60 degrees initially to prevent colour bleeding in subsequent washes. Thereafter this yarn is washable up to 40 degrees. Certified in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Catania is a Fingering weight yarn available in 50-gram balls in over 100 colours!
