Holiday Order Deadlines 2025

I'm posting this a little bit later than usual this year, but there's still time. I want to ensure you get what you're gifting in time for the holidays this year.

I'm currently working on a backlog of orders for shipping. It's taking more time than usual since it's only me working these days. I'm trying to get through it all in as timely a manner as possible, upgrading levels to faster shipping when possible, but it's not always an option.

If you are anywhere within driving distance to Whitby, and expect to have a day between now and December 22nd, I strongly urge you to select Local Pickup during checkout so you can pick up your order at your leisure, rather than anxiously awaiting a delivery from a company that is also currently overloaded due to Black Friday / holiday order volume. Many couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays.

Away Dates

No shipping or pickups will be available from December 22nd 2025 starting from around noon, through January 4th, 2026. If you are going to need anything between those dates, please pay attention to the notes below. My last courier/shipment dropoffs will occur on the morning of the 22nd, so please feel free to continue placing orders after the deadlines below, with the understanding there will be no delivery guarantees.

Holiday Order Deadlines

Please take note of the deadlines below to ensure your order is received in time for the Holidays this year. I am doing my best to fulfill your orders in the order they come in, but due to delays there may be some cases where I'm unable to make a holiday deadline.

Should you need an order for a specific date, please be sure to select a faster shipping method, and leave a comment in the Order Comments box during checkout, to ensure delivery prior to your deadline. Always be sure to factor in 3-4 additional business days to any shipping estimates provided by the website at checkout, as this is often (but not always) how long it takes to fulfill orders.

Please do not rely on Free Shipping to get your parcels to you before the Holidays, or in time for any special dates you're ordering for ahead of the Holidays.

Canada

At this point, I strongly urge you to place your Holiday orders prior to December 12th to meet any and all courier deadlines. This is whether you live within the GTA, or the 401 corridor from Windsor to Quebec, or even provinces outside of Ontario. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, and you require delivery prior to December 25th, please select / pay for a shipping level that gives you an estimate delivery date that meets your expectation.

After the 12th, I will do my best to pack, ship and deliver on time but it may not be possible. I strongly advise you to select local pickup and travel to Whitby on, or before, Dec 21st, to pick up your order.

International (not USA):

If you're shopping from anywhere outside of Canada from now onwards, you will not receive your parcel in time for the Holidays. All shipping deadlines that may have delivered in time have now passed. You are welcome to place an order and hope it will arrive in time, but we offer no guarantees on this.

Please note, the above deadlines are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery prior to the Holidays even if you submit your order prior to or on these deadline dates.
