Time for a Yarn Crawl in South Eastern Ontario

Are you itching for a road trip? Looking for some fresh inspiration as we welcome Spring? Check out the South Eastern Ontario Yarn Crawl!

The South Eastern Ontario Yarn Crawl is a tour from Cobourg to Smith Falls and all LYS in-between leading up to the Picton Fibre Fest. Starting March 1st 2019, passports that include maps, information on the LYS, and restaurant/cafe and attraction recommendations are available for sale on Ravelry here.

If you've been looking for a fun activity to help you try new patterns and see new yarn shops this is the perfect opportunity! When you join in the fun you are included in a MKAL or MCAL (Mystery Knit- or Crochet-A-Long) as well as many giveaways. You'll also receive an exclusive free pattern and a discount at all of the shops included on your passport. With almost two months to complete the yarn crawl, you can spread it out for many fun day trips.

Our shop is featuring our fabulous variety of The Black Lamb hand-dyed wools and Legacy Lane Kitchen Sink Lopi for the yarn crawl, however we're happy to assist with finding the perfect fibre for any project you want to complete.

When you visit us during this yarn crawl, and show us your passport, you will receive a printed copy of your choice of the Artefact Shawl that local deisgner Kyle Vey designed for us last fall, or Legacy Lane's Ebb & Flow Cowl, the yarn for which we have both in-shop only.

You can check out all the amazing details about the South Eastern Ontario Yarn crawl on Facebook here and on Instagram here.
