Manos del Uruguay Serpentina

Serpentina is a unique yarn, created in the Manos del Uruguay cooperatives, handspun from handpainted merino tops, Serpentina is a truly artisanal product. Each skein is unique, and the colors are totally random -- they will not stack or pool. The spinning process creates a a delicate colour-twirling effect that reminds us of the paper streamers (serpentinas)  thrown at the Carnival parties. The colors in Serpentina's color card honor iconic women, that have changed History.
