Class: Cable Hat & Headband

This class will cover knit, purl, working in the round and cable stitches. Using 250g of a super bulky weight yarn, and under the tutelage of Tara B., you will knit up both a hat and a headband with cables, in the round. The hat is topped with a cute pom pom, and both accessories are a hit with all ages. 

This class is 3 x 2 hour classes.

Required Supplies:

• Yarn: either 2 skeins of Estelle Bulky, or 3 balls of Estelle Merino Big
• The headband uses about 80g of super bulky yarn
• The hat uses about 170g of super bulky yarn
• Size 6mm and 6.5mm, 16 inch fixed circular needles
  
• Size 6.5 mm double pointed needles 
• Cable needle - I recommend the wooden ones with cut marks on them
• Scissors
• Darning needle and threader for large yarn
• Snap on Pom Pom - larger is better
• Row counter
