Private lesson payments are non-refundable. No cancellations are allowed. No-shows are non-refundable, and are unable to be rescheduled, unless cancelled by the teacher. Please show up on time for your lesson. Our staff are always there by, if not a few minutes before, the scheduled lesson time.
